From farm-gate to freight, in five steps
Every batch is traceable to the dairy holdings it came from — the same district that supplies our edible makhana line. Nothing is anonymously sourced.
Farm-gate collection
Cow and goat dung collected daily from partner dairy holdings across the Sonepur–Saran belt.
Windrow composting
Aerobic composting at our Sonepur Processing Centre — turned and monitored until fully stabilised.
Screening & lab testing
Screened to remove debris, then tested for NPK, moisture and organic carbon before grading.
Export-grade packing
Packed in moisture-sealed PP bags or FIBC jumbo bags, palletised for container loading.
Container dispatch
Loaded from Sonepur (NH 19) to Kolkata / Vizag / Nhava Sheva port for onward shipment.
A closed loop: composted manure returns to soil abroad exactly as it left the farm at home — alive.

Export documentation
Registered under India’s Fertiliser Control Order, 1985, for biofertiliser/organic fertilizer trade. Every shipment can carry the following:
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by India’s Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage for each consignment.
Certificate of Origin
Confirms Indian origin for customs clearance at the destination port.
Lab Certificate of Analysis
Independent lab report covering NPK, moisture and organic carbon for the specific shipped lot.
IEC-registered exporter
Shipments are handled under a valid Import Export Code, routed through ICEGATE-registered customs brokers.
NPOP / APEDA organic route
For buyers requiring certified-organic paperwork, we coordinate NPOP certification through APEDA-accredited agencies on request.
Fumigation certificate
Available on request for destination markets that require pre-shipment fumigation of packaging.
